Hyunsook Lee

I express love and longing through color and form. The flowers and hues in my paintings are not mere images, but a language that conveys whispers of the heart. On the canvas, I layer colors, explore shapes, and experiment with textures to reveal the subtle resonance of love and longing.

In my work, love, longing, and waiting, merge with flowers to create a story; each stroke and harmony of color carries the tremors of time and memory. I unfold these into a visual language of my own, transforming fleeting emotions into enduring images. In my paintings, love and longing can be heard.
