AGI Fine Art is a trade name of Agora Gallery Inc, 530 W 25th Street, New York, NY 10001. This policy covers agifineart.com and its subdomains, including apply.agifineart.com.
Your artwork stays yours. You keep full copyright in everything you submit. Submitting a portfolio does not transfer ownership of your work to us. You give us permission to store and display your materials only in order to review them and share them with curators, gallery partners and exhibition organizers for evaluation. Any other use is covered by a separate agreement, if one is offered and accepted.
What we collect. Your name and email, and any phone number, address, website or social links you give us. The images, artwork details and documents you upload. Payment records if you accept an offer — card payments are handled by our payment processor on their own secure page, so we never see or store your card number. Basic technical information from your visit, such as IP address and which page you came from.
Why. To review your portfolio and reply to you, to send and fulfil offers, to email you about opportunities and services, and to keep the records we are legally required to keep.
Who sees it. Our staff. Service providers who host the site, send our email, process payments and generate documents — they act only on our instructions. Curators, gallery partners and exhibition organizers when we are considering you for a specific opportunity. And anyone the law requires. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Write to us if you want to know which service providers we use.
How long we keep it. If you start a submission and never finish it, we remind you, then close it and delete your uploaded files. Completed submissions and our decisions are kept so we have a history if you apply again. Agreements and payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to stop receiving our emails, at any time. Email info@agifineart.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Europe or the UK you can also object to or restrict how we use your information, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California you have equivalent rights, and we do not sell or share your personal information.
Cookies and analytics. Some cookies are necessary for the site to work — they remember where you are in a form so your progress is not lost. We also use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people find and move around the site. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and a small cookie remembers your choice so we do not ask again. If you decline, the site works exactly as before and we collect no analytics.
Security. We use access controls and encrypted connections, and only staff who need your information can see it. No system is completely secure. Once images have been shared for evaluation they can be copied by others, and we are not responsible for misuse of your work by anyone outside AGI Fine Art.
Under 18. AGI Fine Art is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we find it.
Changes. We will post any material change here with a new date.
Terms. Your use of this site is also governed by our Terms of Use, and portfolio submissions by our Submission Terms and Conditions.
