Dori Shasha is a self-taught mixed-media artist based near Tel Aviv, Israel. His work is inspired by diverse aspects of human life, including emotions, environment, language, architecture, fashion, culture, and religion.
As an architect, landscape designer, digital creator, and writer, Dori Shasha works across various genres, from portraits to surrealism and pop art. His vibrant use of color is inspired by the sunny Mediterranean landscape and the rich diversity of his country’s population.
Shasha’s artworks often convey meaningful messages in an approachable, almost comic-like style. His colorful portraits, part of a special project promoting international communication through art, have garnered global recognition over the past seven years and continue to do so.
Since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, Shasha has embarked on new international projects, including a series of exhibitions focused on emotions, communication, learning, and healing through art.
