Luyi Wang

Photography

The present moment shapes our lives, yet many overlook the challenges it brings. Born in the 2000s, I have seen how the pandemic reshaped my generation, exposing deep societal shifts and personal struggles.

My works explore social media addiction, technological dependence, and broader social issues, revealing their effects on both individuals and communities. I also examine the evolving relationship between traditional cultures and modernity, considering how history and contemporary life intersect.

Through photography, installation, digital art, performance, and video, I aim to challenge perceptions, provoke critical thought, and encourage a deeper understanding of the world we navigate today.
