MDame Go

Painting

Sylvie Gaula, also known as MDame Go, is a French multi-disciplinary artist with a background in fashion, illustration, and painting. She began her career as a fashion stylist, working with brands like ELLE magazine and PUMA before moving into upcycling clothing and designing children’s wear.

Over time, her work evolved to include detailed ballpoint pen illustrations for fun and clothing prints, eventually transitioning to acrylic painting on vibrant canvases that showcase her imagination.

MDame Go’s art highlights the beauty and complexity of women, portraying them in various forms – happy, sad, stylish, or heroic to celebrate their strength and versatility.

With a lifelong passion for drawing, her work explores themes of identity and transformation.

The faceless figures in her paintings represent freedom, symbolizing that women can be anything they want to be. Through workshops and mentoring, she encourages others to embrace creativity and authenticity.
