Julie Turner is an American artist and multimedia creator with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from James Madison University.
Turner combines Abstraction and Expressionism to create striking compositions with bold, vibrant colors and dynamic layers. Her work draws inspiration from music, nature, spirituality, and personal experiences, striving to evoke emotions in the viewers.
Turner has exhibited her work across the United States, including New York, Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas, as well as internationally in Bologna, Italy, and Tokyo, Japan.
In 2022, she won the People’s Choice Award at the Waterway Art Association Spring Show for her piece Cosmic Royalty. Her artwork has been featured in publications like ARTisSpectrum Magazine and Rivierart Magazine and is included in private collections around the world.
Turner’s work is fueled by creativity and a drive for exploration, showing a lifelong passion for sharing joy and imagination through innovative techniques.
