Antonio Galvan began his artistic journey after immigrating to the United States at 19. His career took shape under the mentorship of renowned artist Manolo Valdés, where Galvan honed his craft over 24 years, mastering techniques such as bronze casting, glasswork, ceramics, resins, wood sculpture, and painting.
Galvan’s artistic vision explores the interplay between the tangible and the intangible. By transforming diverse mediums, from the strength of bronze to the transparency of glass, his creations evoke profound reflections on the relationship between humanity, space, and time.
His work has gained international recognition, including exhibitions at Art Basel 2019 and a feature in Manolo Valdés in Glass. Galvan continues to push creative boundaries, innovate with new techniques, and strive for artistic excellence.
