Harry T. Burleigh

Atelier Natália Gromicho, Rua Nova da Trindade 5G, 1200-301 Lisbon, Portugal

Harry T. Burleigh is a painter based in King George, Virginia. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from West Virginia University, he has spent many years working in corporate television before returning to his passion for art. Burleigh primarily creates with oil paints on canvas, blending traditional styles with mixed media, including old photographs and discarded sketches. His artwork is inspired by his personal experiences, especially the process of aging. His paintings often feature youthful figures, which reflect his thoughts on time and memory.

Burleigh’s work is meant to be therapeutic, offering an escape from everyday life. For him, creating art is about finding personal satisfaction, and if others connect with it, that is a bonus. Burleigh has been featured in several prestigious exhibitions, including the upcoming June Collective at Agora Gallery. He has also been highlighted in ArtTour International Magazine and Contemporary Art Curator. His goal as an artist is simple: to create work that resonates with a few fans who appreciate the unique connection he fosters through his art.
