Since childhood, I have been fascinated with the old sepia postcards of this time. The cards are mysterious and a bit theatrical, making me dream of escaping reality. I attempt to capture that same atmosphere in my works but always use a touch of strong, vibrant colors to bring life to my paintings. Although I experiment with different techniques and mediums, I prefer the traditional process of oil painting on canvas.
