ONLINE MARKETPLACE
Online art marketplace listings are an excellent way for collectors to discover new artists, from emerging to established. These platforms also give designers, decorators and advisors the opportunity to filter through a diverse range of art for both private and corporate acquisitions. ARTmine offers a unique collection of original contemporary fine art for sale by emerging and established artists.



SOCIAL MEDIA
With years of experience in artist online promotion, our team of in-house marketing specialists will work with you to improve your social media presence. With a range of accessible social media packages available, we will tailor our reach accordingly to best engage and build your audience.


ARTIST PROFILE, ARTIST STATEMENT, CV/BIOGRAPHY

Our staff of talented writers have a wealth of experience in reviewing artwork in all mediums. You will receive a press release that succinctly and elegantly introduces audiences to you and your work. This press release is also used in our promotional efforts, according to your customized service contract.


ARTWORK SELECTION
The number of artworks that we will select for your Gallery Exhibition and/or Art Fair Exhibition will depend on the allotted linear wall space in your agreement, and the dimensions of the selected artwork. Selections for the Gallery Exhibition and/or Art Fair Exhibition will be based on our experience and knowledge of the art market, which are most compatible with our established audience and which contribute to the overall curatorial cohesion.



SCHEDULING
There are many factors that go into scheduling your Gallery Exhibition and/or Art Fair Exhibition. There may be certain exhibitions or fairs already on the calendar that will particularly suit your work. There also may be a certain time period that works best for you, or one that doesn’t work for you at all. All of these factors will be considered by our staff when scheduling.



ONLINE EXHIBITION PROMOTION
Artwork selected by us will be posted on Gallery’s website for the duration of the Gallery Exhibition and/or Art Fair Exhibition.

ARTIST PROMOTIONAL CARDS
“Personal color exhibition promotional cards, to be distributed at the gallery, will be created for you.”
These cards are a great way to help spread the word about you and your exhibition. They also serve as excellent tokens and memorabilia. We display and offer these cards in our gallery, free to any guests who wish to take a few. It’s just another way your art can reach more viewers for a longer period of time.


LOGISTICS
“You are responsible for all arrangements and costs pertaining to the stretching and/or framing, packing, shipping and customs fees.“
While it is true that you are responsible for the related costs, when the time comes, we will work with you and try to find ways to minimize your expenses and keep the process of shipping as smooth as possible. Please note that in some instances it may be possible to send un-stretched paintings to the gallery, rolled in a shipping tube, for re-stretching in New York.

INSTALLATION
“Our team of art handlers will unpack, install, and, if necessary, repack your artwork after the exhibition.”
Our professional team of art installers will unpack, install, and, if necessary, repack your artworks. You are welcome to send us specific instructions on how to hang your artworks, if you have any, and we will be happy to follow them.



INSURANCE
“We maintain a Fine Art insurance policy covering artwork on our premises, up to $10,000 per artwork, with coverage and limits as set forth in our policy. You are solely responsible for insuring your art while in transit to and from the gallery.”



ARTWORK PRICING
“If necessary, AGI will recommend the price of your artwork based on your CV, our experience and the list/selling price of similar work by other artists. If you have ever priced any of your artwork to the public, you must provide us with this information in order for us to make a fair assessment. Once your list prices become public on our website, you may not quote lower prices for similar artwork during the representation term. Pricing assistance is exclusively available to represented artists.”
We will price the artwork selected for your Gallery Exhibition and/or Art Fair Exhibition based on your CV, our experience and the list/selling price of similar work by other artists. If you have ever priced any of your artwork to the public, you must provide this information in order for us to make a fair assessment.



ARTWORK SALE
“AGI is entitled to a 40% commission from the sale of artwork sold by us. Your 60% share will be paid to you within three (3) weeks after the artwork is paid for and delivered to the client.”
